Refund Policy

Effective: 16 June 2025

GenC is an in-person educational program, and all purchases are final. However, refunds may be considered in limited cases.

  1. Eligibility
    To be considered for a refund, a written request must be sent to kailash@aeoscompany.com within 2 days of the course start date.

  2. Review Process
    Each refund request will be evaluated case by case. Decisions depend on payment method, refund feasibility via Razorpay, and stage of course.

  3. Timelines
    If approved, refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect, depending on the payment processor.

  4. Not Eligible

  • Requests after 2 days from start of course

  • Students removed for misconduct

  • Requests without written email
